Because pocketnap is so relaxing, you must not drive or use machinery whilst pocketnapping. The only safe way to pocketnap is while sitting or lying down somewhere it would be safe to close your eyes and experience a light sleep.
While pocketnap can help you feel more energised at times of the day when you would normally feel low in energy, it’s still important for health and wellbeing to get a full night’s sleep.
pocketsleep is coming soon for those who do have trouble nodding off at night.
To get the best relaxation experience you should listen to with headphones, on a personal mp3 player (like an iPod) or portable cd player.
Full instructions on how to download your pocketnap and transfer it to your mp3 player (including screen grabs) will be given to you after you checkout.
No. You can download any of the naps onto your Mac or PC and then burn to a CD through your music management software (e.g. iTunes) or by using a burning application like Roxio Toast or you can listen straight from your computer.
Each file is around 15-20 Mb in size, so with a 512k Broadband connection it should take no more than around 4-5 minutes to download.
You can start with any pocketnap that takes your fancy. We have put Perfect at the top because it’s a great starter.
You can do it as often or as little as you like. Most people find that the more they do it the better it gets!
